Have you ever stopped to think about the miracle of you?
Of the 6,651,567,188 people in the world there's only one miracle that is you! As of this writing (February 19, 2008), according to the International Programs Center and the U.S. Census Bureau, the projected world population at 1229 GMT (0729 EST) is Six-Billion-Six Hundred Fifty-One Million, Five-Hundred Sixty-Seven thousand, One-hundred Eighty-eight people in the world... yet there is only one you!
As best as the scientific community knows, the earth is Billions of years old. If we ponder some of the math of an earth Billions of years old with more than Six-Billion people, what are the odds of the creation of you?
Consider further that there was quite possibly only one moment in billions of years of time when the right sperm entered the right egg to conceive you.
You are a miracle! This transcends whatever faith you do or do not practice.
In my meditation time in the Lord one day, He gave me the revelation that He looked out over ALL the land and saw something was missing... then He created you.
Put another way:
For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His
only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.
John 3:16
And what the Lord has prompted me to tell you is:
For God so greatly loves and dearly prizes the world that He created you... a child who is rising to eternal life.
You are a special creation that the Lord made because He so greatly loves and prizes the world that He continually creates beautiful things for Him and the rest of us to enjoy.
Another very well-known scripture is:
This is the day which the Lord has brought about, we will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24
And what the Lord has prompted me to tell you is:
This is the day ( ) is alive in the world, we are rejoicing and glad in it.

If you're anything like I've been, it's striking how much time we sometimes spend thinking about our hurts or grievances. Instead, if you can meditate on God's simple truths in these well known verses (or other verses of His word) and tap into the extreme odds and miracle of creating you...you are on your way to a transformation of hurts and pains of the past. Your struggling thoughts begin to melt away in the knowledge that The Creator of ALL things went out of His way to create you to make the world a most beautiful place.
Let the miracle of you be your meditation as you rejoice in being alive on this day, which He created especially for you! In so doing, an increased portion of His Joy and Peace comes to you.
